ladies of "jeu de mail"

Elegant, stately and sexy, Riley and her bridesmaids were simply stunning in this "vanity fair" inspired setting, located in downtown Greenville. We love adding flare to each wedding by going outside the normal "churchy shots", creating some memorable fashion photos for the bride and groom to enjoy on their special day. Nate and Riley were married inside the historic downtown presbyterian sanctuary. And though we captured some beautiful imagery inside the church, this shot of the bride and her bridesmaids, remains one of my favorites!

note: "jeu de mail" is latin for "ball and mallet". This type of game, which was popular in France during the 17 & 18th century is where the "Pall Mall" area in front of Buckingham Palace received it's name. (and you thought this blog was just for picture viewing)
