2009 inspiration home

The next time you're in Barnes & Noble or other favorite bookstore, check out the spring issue of At Home in the Upstate. This issue is packed with all types of goodies, including cup cakes on the couture side of life, the beautiful work, and unique studio space, of an international artist who lives right here in Greenville, and the 2009 Inspiration Home!

The Inspiration Home is the culmination of a 15 month project started by business partners, Jerry Fay and Chris of Milestone Builders. It's packed with all types of benefits that help make it a "green" house and friendly to the environment.

The House will open for tours throughout the month. Each person is charged a small fee to tour this immense and beautiful living area, and all proceeds go to Charity.

As you'll see from the images below, each room has been pristinely decorated from various interior design studio throughout the upstate.

Is this house in the Reserve?

April 2, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterLaura

The house is located in Cobblestone. It's in the five forks/woodruff rd area. I believe the actual rd it's on, is roper mtn rd. If you want directions, you can email me at tj@getzcreative.com

Well needless to say I don't believe we're in the market for the price range :) It looks a lot like the architecture of the homes in the Reserve, just down from our subdivision.

I agree. We've shot in the Reserve several times, and there are definitely some similarities in both subdivisions.

Hey TJ, fantastic shots as usual! On the interior shots, what is your normal lens and, are you doing any distortion correction either with Photoshop or _____? tx Don

Don,

I'm using a 24-70 FF lens. I tend to like it better than my 14mm (just my person taste). Depending on the angles in the room, it's size, and how far back I'm able to take the shot, I will sometimes need to fix some lines using PS.
